Abstr act
In this paper, by analyzing results of the Integrating
Healthcare Enterprise( IHE) connectathon tests, we
studied the use of radiology scheduled workflow in
practical information system. The methods were
tracing the steps of all the tests, analyzing and
researching into the results of testsevaluation.
From this successful test activity, we can conclude
that the use of IHE framework in the modern
medical information system and instruments had
largely enhanced the efficiency of the medical
system, cut down the errors and potential contact
pollution in the medical process and reduced the
cost of management in the medical organization.

摘要: 本文旨在通過(guò)分析集成醫(yī)療企業(yè)( integration healthcare enter2
prise, IHE) China 2007 醫(yī)學(xué)影像信息連通測(cè)試的結(jié)果, 研究放射科預(yù)約工
作流在實(shí)際信息系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。采用的方法是跟蹤IHE China 2007 測(cè)試
過(guò)程及分析和研究測(cè)試評(píng)估的結(jié)果。從成功的測(cè)試中得到的結(jié)論是: IHE
集成框架在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療信息系統(tǒng)及醫(yī)療儀器產(chǎn)品中的應(yīng)用極大地提高了系
統(tǒng)的工作效率, 減少了醫(yī)療過(guò)程中的差錯(cuò)和潛在的接觸性傳染, 同時(shí)也降
低了醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的管理成本。

社會(huì)信息化的速度在不斷加快, 醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)陳舊的運(yùn)行方式
已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足高度信息化的要求。要加快我國(guó)醫(yī)療信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的
發(fā)展, 就應(yīng)該對(duì)當(dāng)前醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化的具體實(shí)施過(guò)程作深入的
研究, 此次研究正是從這一角度出發(fā), 通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)首次舉辦的
IHE 醫(yī)學(xué)影像信息連通測(cè)試的全程跟蹤, 從而總結(jié)醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)信息
化的新方法和新手段, 以便進(jìn)行繼續(xù)研究, 這對(duì)促進(jìn)醫(yī)療產(chǎn)業(yè)的 |
