[摘 要] 筆者報(bào)道醫(yī)院病房應(yīng)用住院信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)的體會(huì)。介紹醫(yī)院住院信息管理系統(tǒng)的組成及功能,闡述病人管理、
醫(yī)囑管理、工作單、信息查詢、數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)操作方法,認(rèn)為該系統(tǒng)在應(yīng)用過程中操作簡便,功能齊全,對(duì)醫(yī)院住院管理實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化、規(guī)
范化、系統(tǒng)化,提高護(hù)理人員素質(zhì),提高醫(yī)護(hù)質(zhì)量和工作效率,減少醫(yī)患矛盾起到重大的作用。

Abstract : The author in this paper reviewed their reflection of application of computer2aided management to clinical departments. By introducing the construction
and function of in2hospital information management system and depicting management of patients and medical orders , work pads , information inquiries and main2
taining and operation of data , they argued that the systemwas of simplicity in operation and completion in functions and it posed much influence on the scientifica2
tion , standardization and systematization of in2hospital management . It helped not only increase the quality of medical staff , the quality of medication and nursing
and work efficiency but also reduce the contradictions between medical staff and patients.

為了提高我院管理水平、工作效率,從1999 年3
月實(shí)施了第1 期網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程—門診收費(fèi)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理
系統(tǒng);2000 年9 月實(shí)現(xiàn)了第2 期網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程—住院信
息網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng);第3 期工程—電子病歷即將實(shí)現(xiàn)。
通過2 年多的實(shí)踐和完善,利用計(jì)算機(jī)住院信息管
理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行病房的病人管理、醫(yī)囑管理等,收到了良
好的效果。
